About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute drywall, framing, and acoustical ceiling projects.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and resolve issues proactively.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

About the Candidate

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in drywall, framing, or acoustical ceilings.
Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects.
Proficiency in project management software, estimating tools, and scheduling applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations (preferred).
