About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute drywall, framing, and acoustical ceiling projects.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

About the Candidate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in drywall, framing, or acoustical ceilings.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, estimating tools, and scheduling applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations (preferred).
