• Oversee and manage multiple industrial roofing and cladding projects simultaneously.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

• Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest safety standards and comply with relevant regulations.

• Coordinate and manage site teams and subcontractors.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.

• Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the industrial roofing and cladding sector.

• Strong understanding of industrial sheeting, roofing, and cladding systems and installation methods.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Proficient in managing budgets, schedules, and resources.

• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Relevant industry qualifications and CSCS card (ideally management level).

• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
