They are the preferred partner for clients across the UK construction industry, serving industrial, commercial, retail, and government sectors.

• Oversee all aspects of roofing and cladding projects, from initial planning to final completion.

• Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of company strategies.

• Prepare and present project reports.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the roofing and cladding industry.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Thorough understanding of roofing and cladding systems and installation techniques.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in relevant software and technology.
