• Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Calculate material quantities, labor hours, and equipment costs based on project scope.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed takeoffs and cost breakdowns for plumbing and Mechanical systems, including piping, fixtures, ductwork, and equipment.
• Research and procure pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for materials and services.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.
