They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flat and Pitch Roofing Commercial Project Manager to join there team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex commercial roofing projects, including flat and pitch roofing systems, metal stud framing, and working alongside tier 1 contractors.

About the Role

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Implement effective quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee site operations, including safety inspections, progress updates, and problem-solving.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage project budgets and track costs to ensure profitability.
Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
Negotiate contracts and resolve commercial disputes.
Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide mentorship and training to team members.

About the Candidate

Proven track record in managing complex commercial roofing projects.
In-depth knowledge of flat and pitch roofing systems, including metal stud framing.
Experience working with tier 1 contractors.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
