We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end interior construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury residential, retail, or hospitality projects, with a strong ability to coordinate teams, ensure exceptional quality, and maintain project timelines and budgets. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design specifications.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and designers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver work to the highest standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor craftsmanship and materials to ensure adherence to luxury standards and meticulous detailing.
• Budget Management: Develop and maintain budgets, track expenses, and provide detailed financial reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Timeline Management: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve potential challenges proactively to keep projects on track.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the high-end construction or luxury renovation industry.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes, particularly for high-end interiors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and deliver outstanding client service.
