About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all works meet specified standards and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and respond proactively to any project challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project performance against key milestones, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.

About the Candidate

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within residential and commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of drylining, plastering, rendering, screeding, and ceiling installations.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
