We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration service operations in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the commercial HVAC industry.
About the Role
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Service Delivery: Ensure efficient and timely delivery of HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration services to our commercial clients.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage operational costs, ensuring profitability and maximizing revenue.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the service division.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
About the Candidate
- 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
