You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of their Raleigh construction projects, from planning and execution to successful completion.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or related field in commercial construction. 

• Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices for the Raleigh construction industry. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid North Carolina driver's license and a safe driving record.
