My client are one of the leading regional General Contractors and a dominant force throughout North and South Carolina with revenue in the $1bn range.

They focus on commercial construction for a number of Blue Chip clients on some very high profile builds.

Due to recent project awards they are in the market for an experienced Superintendent with extensive commercial construction experience.

• Project Oversight: Superintendents are responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of a construction project. This includes coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality control.

• Coordination: They work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and hospital staff to ensure the project meets all requirements and is completed on time and within budget.

• Problem-Solving: Construction projects always have unexpected challenges. Superintendents need to be adept at finding solutions that keep the project moving forward.

• Experience: A proven track record in construction, with specific experience in healthcare or medical projects, is essential.

• Technical Skills: A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment is necessary.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare construction regulations and codes is crucial.
