Just Construction Recruitment is a site operated by Just Construction Recruitment Ltd (we or us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08131040 and we have our registered office at 1 & 2 High St, Westerham TN16 1AH. Our main trading address is Rear Suite, 2nd Floor Sun Alliance House, 29 London Road, Bromley, BR1 1DG. Our VAT number is 139805686.

We are a part of The REC and are governed by The Codes of Professional Practice and by Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (Conduct Regulations).

If you are a consumer user, please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.

We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any goods by use to you, which will be set out in our Terms and conditions of supply.

Uploading content to our site

  • Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Rights you licence

  • You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
  • You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Applicable law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Prize draw competition terms and conditions

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to the prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is run by Just Construction Recruitment Ltd.
  3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and who are employed within the contract construction sector.
  4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you win.
  5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  6. The prize draw is free to enter.
  7. To enter the draw, you must 'follow' the Just Construction Recruitment LinkedIn page and 'tag' two work mates on a competition post on the Just Construction Recruitment LinkedIn page between the 19th October 2022 and midnight on the 9th November 2022.
  8. The winner will be drawn at random.
  9. The winner will be announced on the 16th of November 2022 via the Just Construction Recruitment LinkedIn page.
  10. Just Construction Recruitment will not accept any responsibility if entry details are incomplete or incorrect.
  11. The prize will be one £150 Wickes voucher.
  12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  13. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value.
  14. The decision of Just Construction Recruitment regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  15. The winner will be notified by message on LinkedIn following the announcement on the 16th November 2022.
  16. Just Construction Recruitment will attempt to notify the winner up to two times.
  17. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second message notifying them about their win, they will lost their right to the prize and Just Construction Recruitment reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.
  18. Please allow 14 days for the delivery of the prize. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made by mutual agreement.
  19. By entering the draw you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Just Construction Recruitment for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes defined within our privacy notice.
  20. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us by email office@just-constructionrec.com.
  21. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Just Construction Recruitment Ltd.
  22. An announcement of the winner's name will be made via the Just Construction Recruitment LinkedIn page.
  23. All personal information shall be used in accordance with the Just Construction Recruitment's privacy notice on this website.
  24. Just Construction Recruitment does not provide any form of support or liability for this prize. Use of the prize is instructed on the voucher and once in receipt of the prize, is the responsibility of the prize winner.
  25. Just Construction Recruitment reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  26. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
