Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Monitoring: Assist in preparing project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager, project team, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Quality Assurance: Assist in establishing quality standards and ensure that project deliverables meet these criteria through regular inspections and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management or a similar role.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
