About the Role
- Assisting Project Managers in the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial roofing projects
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or risks
- Preparing progress reports and other project documentation
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Managing project budgets and controlling costs
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About the Candidate
- Proven experience in flat and pitch roofing, including metal stud work
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with working with Tier 1 contractors
