Assistant Project Manager

My client is a leading contractor specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction projects. We are renowned for our exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Due to growth, they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with atleast two years construction experience. You will be working on One off custom homes up to $20m in value.

• Assisting the Project Manager: Supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Project Planning: Helping to develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.

• Communication: Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Resource Management: Assisting with the allocation and management of project resources, including people, materials, and equipment.

• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks.

• Project Tracking: Monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, and reporting on the status to the Project Manager.

• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Assisting in managing stakeholders, including identifying them, managing their expectations, and maintaining engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of two years experience working in a similar role with a General Contractor 

• Be experienced with Ground Up Construction
