What You’ll Be Doing

As the Construction Director, you’ll take full ownership of the division, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Developing and driving the strategy for the cladding/recladding division, ensuring growth and profitability targets are met.
Operational Excellence: Overseeing multiple high-value projects from conception through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of project managers, engineers, and site teams to drive performance and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety: Championing health and safety, sustainability, and compliance across all projects.
