About the Client

My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company renowned for delivering exceptional flat and pitch roofing solutions across the commercial sector. They pride themselves on there commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flat and Pitch Roofing Commercial Contract Manager to join there team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex roofing projects, working closely with tier 1 contractors, and overseeing metal stud installations.

About the Role

Oversee all aspects of flat and pitch roofing projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Manage contractual obligations, including change orders, variations, and claims.
Monitor contract performance and financial performance.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with project plans.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of work.
Resolve site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Implement robust quality control procedures to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
Identify and address quality issues promptly.
Prioritize health, safety, and environmental compliance on all projects.
Ensure adherence to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and any potential issues.
Address client concerns and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner.

About the Candidate

Proven experience as a Flat and Pitch Roofing Commercial Contract Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of flat and pitch roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Experience working with metal stud installations and other related construction activities.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and industry standards.
Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety qualifications.
