Electrical Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, blueprints, and documentation to define project scope.
• Develop detailed cost estimates encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Utilize estimating software (ConEst) and Microsoft Office Suite to create precise bids.
• Analyze project requirements, identify potential risks, and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop project schedules and budgets.
• Stay current with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Present estimates to management and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Electrical Estimator, specializing in commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency in estimating software ConESt and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
