About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Estimator
to join our busy and dynamic Drylining Division. As an Intermediate Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. You will be part of an established team of 19 estimators, ranging from trainees to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate tenders, budgets, and cost estimates for drylining projects.
- Assess project drawings, specifications, and related documentation to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Utilize Quick Measure
software to perform take-offs and create detailed estimates.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain competitive rates and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support value engineering exercises to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure a seamless transition from tendering to project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, revisions, and project outcomes.
- Work within and uphold company standards, templates, and procedures.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven background in estimating, ideally within the drylining trade or a similar construction-related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project requirements.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Quick Measure
software or similar estimating tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
