About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of 20-30 plumbing professionals, ensuring efficiency and quality in all projects.
- Oversee estimating, budgeting, and project management for commercial plumbing jobs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize operations.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Work closely with senior leadership to achieve growth and profitability goals.
About the Candidate
- 5-10 years of experience in the plumbing industry, preferably with a Tennessee plumbing license .
- Proven track record of managing large commercial projects .
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team .
- Expertise in estimating, budgeting, and project coordination .
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $110K - $125K per year
- Performance-based discretionary bonus
