Project Executive

Location: Beltsville, MD

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Executive to join our team in the Beltsville, MD office. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, team leadership, and business development to drive project success and organizational growth.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to develop accurate project budgets, scopes, and schedules.
• Oversee and mentor project managers, ensuring alignment with company goals, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively resolving challenges related to scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and profitability, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Drive the development and implementation of project management processes, tools, and strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Represent the company in negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all projects and teams.
• Participate in business development efforts, contributing to proposals, presentations, and client relationship management.

• Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role in the construction industry.

• Strong expertise in managing large-scale commercial or specialty construction projects, particularly in drywall, framing, and related scopes.

• Exceptional knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and industry best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and contract negotiations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
