About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple stucco projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Plan, manage, and supervise all aspects of stucco projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow and quality workmanship.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of safety, craftsmanship, and compliance with local codes and industry best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

About the Candidate

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in drywall & stucco
  • Strong knowledge of stucco application techniques, materials, and related construction processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of Florida building codes and regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
