Project Manager

My client is a leading provider of high-quality drywall & stucco services in Naples, Florida, renowned for our commitment to craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction. With a solid reputation built over years of excellence, we are expanding our team to include a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to oversee our operations and contribute to our continued success.

• Project Oversight: Plan, manage, and supervise all aspects of stucco projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow and quality workmanship.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of safety, craftsmanship, and compliance with local codes and industry best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in drywall & stucco
• Strong knowledge of stucco application techniques, materials, and related construction processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of Florida building codes and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
