Quantity Surveyor

They are looking to bring a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with expertise in drylining into their team. • Cost Management: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets tailored to drylining works.
• Tender & Procurement Management: Lead tender processes, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate contracts specific to drylining.
• Contract Oversight: Administer contracts, manage payment applications, and oversee financial adjustments and variations.
• Valuations: Carry out interim valuations and finalize accounts for drylining projects.
• Risk Management: Identify risks in drylining works and develop financial strategies to mitigate these effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with site teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project financials align with objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
