Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of a prestigious roofing project in SW London. This project involves a significant number of high-rise residential flats, demanding a meticulous and proactive approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
