Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee cost management for high-end bespoke projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of cost estimation and financial management for bespoke kitchen and bedroom projects.
• Prepare and review project budgets, cost plans, and tender documents.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering to optimize resources.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure the best value for materials and services.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify cost variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with design, project management, and installation teams to ensure alignment between budget, design specifications, and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
• Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in interior design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bespoke furniture manufacturing and installation processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and standards.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS or CIOB) is preferred but not essential.
